GUESS THE SCORE COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Guess the Score competition (the “Competition”) is a promotion run by Robusto
Limited (T/A Robusto Luggage). By entering, you fully agree and accept these Competition Terms and Conditions
(“Competition T&Cs”) together with any specific instructions and terms for such competition which may be
mentioned on the relevant section of our website. For the purposes of these Competition T&Cs:
“Competition Entry” means a prediction of the final full-time score of the Fifa Women’s World Cup Final (England Vs Spain)
taking place on the 20th of August 2023.
1. Who Can Enter
The Competition is open to UK residents aged 16 and over only at the time of entry. Proof of identity and age
may be required. Employees of the team or their families as well as anyone professionally connected with the
Competition are not eligible to enter.
To enter the Competition, entrants must have a mobile phone with access to the internet.
All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Competition.
If you are under 18 years of age you must have parental or legal guardian before participating in the Competition.
We reserve the right to request that you provide contact details of a parent / legal guardian as part of the
submission process and may contact your parent or legal guardian to verify such prior permission. Where a prize
involves travel of any description, any winner under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
By entering the Competition, you warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current, and complete.
2. How to Enter
The Competition will run till the 20th of August 2023
(inclusive) (the “Competition Period”). We will carry out the prize draw (each a “Prize Draw”)
during the Competition Period which you can enter for a chance to win the Prize(s).
Entry to the Competition is free.
To enter the Prize Draw you must submit your Competition Entry no later than 1 hour
before kick-off (the “Submission Period”).
Any Competition Entries received outside of the Submission Period will not be considered for the Prize Draw,
even if they appear to be registered.
To claim your prize, you will be asked to enter your details including your name, age, email address, phone number and a delivery address. You’ll also need to provide proof / details of your Competition Entry.
3. Other Conditions for Entry
A maximum of 2 entries are permitted per person for this competition.
The following entries are not valid entries: (i) entries submitted using a method or technique designed to unfairly
increase chances of winning; (ii) third party or bulk entries; (iii) entries made in breach of these Competition
T&Cs; (iv) entries with inappropriate, illegal or offensive content; (v) entries received outside the Competition
Period and/or Submission Period; (vi) dishonest entries.
We may verify the validity of entries, disqualify any entrant and invalidate or recover prizes issued to an
entrant following breach of these Competition T&Cs or if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of
the Competition.
No responsibility can be accepted for (i) any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entries or information caused
by an entrant or occurring during transmission or (ii) entries not received for whatever reason, including for
entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
Entries must be the original work of the entrant and not previously published anywhere else. Entries must not
contain anything defamatory, obscene, illegal or otherwise inappropriate as may be deemed by the Club.
The Prize
Ultima Seashell Pink or Ice Blue Suitcase - 20 Inch
Ultima Seashell Pink or Ice Blue Large Suitcase - 28 Inch
Discovery Pale-Dogwood or Ocean Blue Large Suitcase - 28 Inch
No cash alternative will be offered.
The Prize may be passed on to friends or relatives, but the product warranty is non-transferable.
We reserve the right to offer an alternative or similar prize if a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
One winner will be selected after the trophy has been awarded.
The winners will be chosen at random by a computerised random generator from all valid Competition Entries
received within the Competition Period and the Submission Period and verified by us or one of our agents.
If you are a winner, you will be notified by email or phone by no later than 7 days after expiry of the Competition
Period.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners. If the winners cannot be contacted within 14 days of
notification, or are unable to comply with these Competition T&Cs, the We reserve the right to offer the prize
to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
In the event that no one submits a valid and correct prediction, then the winner
for will be chosen at random by a computerised random generator from all valid Competition.
