Exchange & Returns

 

Making an exchange

To exchange an item, just let us know and we will exchange your order for the product you want (subject to availability).

You will need to return the unwanted item and place a new order. If the item you want to exchange is less expensive than your original item, we'll refund the difference.

Items will need to be returned by courier or by post. There are some products which we can't exchange unless faulty i.e personalized items.

Returns policy

Returning your product if you've changed your mind

Please return your item(s) unused and in it’s original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 30 days.

  • The product is unused and is in its original, saleable condition.

  • The protective covers are placed inside.

  • The lock code of your case is still or has been reset to 000.

  • Original packaging is provided in original, saleable condition.

Returns outside of the 30 day period will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.

If you wish to return an item please be aware that we'll only process your refund once the item has been returned to and checked by our specialist; this can take up to 7 days. We endeavour to process returns within a week of receipt. If non-conforming returns are sent to us, we will return these items to you.

*Click on the link below to inform us prior to returning the goods and we will send you a returns number by EMAIL or TEXT.

*The goods that you are returning must be returned back to us in the condition that they were received, free of household smells, marks etc. with the original tags and bags.

*We will confirm receipt of the item by EMAIL or TEXT and notify you when the purchase price of the item will be refunded.

Refunds for properly returned products will be credited only to your original payment method. We'll put the money straight back onto your card or other method used to make the purchase, but it could take 3 to 5 working days to show in your account. If you don't have the card you used to purchase we'll give you an exchange for the amount.

Will I have to pay to return an item?

You will be responsible for the cost of returning an item(s) unless the goods are faulty. You must contact us prior to sending back a return. Also, any original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you would like us to arrange the return of the item(s) there is a restocking fee of £5.95 for processing returns. Please use the link at the bottom of the page to initiate a return.

Returning a faulty item

If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it. After 30 days, we’ll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us with any questions when returning defective or faulty products after 30 days of purchase.

In the event of a return, the defective or faulty products should be returned inside their original packaging where possible. We’ll give you an exchange or refund as long as your returned product meets these conditions. This does not affect any warranty that comes with your product.

Lost your receipt or delivery note?

If you placed via robustoluggage.com you can forward us the order confirmation email. If you bought the item via Amazon.co.uk please contact us via the contact page and a member of our customer service team will contact you.
