  • Yes, you get two protective covers.

    Our luggage covers provide protection for your suitcase from scratches during transit and keeps them picture perfect.

    The cover slips over the suitcase and is secured using a Velcro strap which remains hidden under the suitcase.

    The “black cover” is designed for those who prefer to have a protective cover on their suitcase temporarily i.e., when it is being checked in.

    It can be easily folded and placed inside your suitcase, ready for use when you need to check in your luggage.

    One the other hand the “clear / transparent” cover may take up space if folded and placed inside the suitcase so it is suited to those who will have it always on.

    Both have velcro straps to hold them in place and offer equal amounts of protection.

  • Our servers are secure and protect your information using advanced encryption and firewall technology throughout the ordering process.

    We do not store card information on our site, nor do we share customer payment details with any 3rd parties.

  • Occasionally we offer exclusive discount codes, please sign up to receive updates, access to exclusive offers and more.

    We also accept Student Beans discount codes. Any other codes found online are not genuine Robusto luggage codes.

    You can apply your discount code once you get to the checkout. Just type in your promotional code and hit "Apply".

    Our promotional/discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers so you can only use one code at a time.

  • We accept the following methods of payment Visa(credit and debit cards), MasterCard (credit and debit cards), Apple pay and American Express. We also accept payment by PayPal & Venmo. The cost of delivery will be displayed to you on our website prior to completing your purchase.

    Once you have provided delivery details and your order has been confirmed, the delivery address cannot be changed.

    If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us and we will work with you to cancel the original order and place a new one.

    If you order before 1 p.m. on weekdays, we will ship your order the same day. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, we will ship your order on Monday.

    We aim to process each order received, within 4 hours. Orders placed outside our opening hours, during the weekend or bank holidays, will be processed the next working day.

    Please note the 4-hour timeframe applies to orders placed between the hours of 9:30am-4:00pm Monday -Friday.

  • Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to payment, address, product selection, or shipment type.

    You are welcome to return items within 30 days of receipt. In order to receive a full refund the returned items must retain all tags and be unused, undamaged, and kept in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

    Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns that do not meet these criteria are subject to delays and, in rare cases, may be denied and sent back to the customer.

  • We can cancel an order if you contact us (Cancel an order) before you receive notification that the goods have been shipped out.

    If they have already been shipped we recommend you accept delivery and contact us to arrange for the item to be collected. All goods have to be returned in their original condition for a full refund.

  • This website is only for delivery of products to customers in mainland UK and Republic of Ireland addresses.

    We endeavor to send our products to customers further afield, so please get in touch (cs@robustoluggage.com), and let us know where you’d like to see our products being shipped to in the future.

    Shipping Cost

    Standard Delivery: Free of charge for orders above £50.00. £3.49 for orders below.

    Next Business / Working Day Delivery: For all goods ordered before 13:00 (Monday to Friday) delivery costs of £3.99

    Saturday Delivery: This options is available at the checkout, a £5.99 fee applies.

    Republic of Ireland: Free standard delivery on all orders over £100 otherwise a £7.99 charge applies.

    Orders placed during office hours (Mondays to Fridays, from 9:00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) are usually dispatched in the same day.

    Orders are not processed on Saturdays , Sundays and Bank holidays. Orders placed on these days will be dispatched on the following working day.

    We can deliver your items on most days of the year, however we don't deliver on bank holidays.

    To receive delivery and tracking notifications we recommend entering your mobile phone number when checking out.

    Receive your good in the following timescales:

    (Estimated delivery times – England): Standard service (2 - 3 working days)

    (Estimated delivery times – Northern Ireland, Scotland & Wales): Standard service (2 - 3 working days).

    (Estimated delivery times – Republic of Ireland): Standard service): Standard service (2 - 3 working days).

    Delivery times may vary in the event of adverse weather conditions.

    Please note that we are unable to ship to the Channel Islands, Post Office boxes and BFPO.

    Delivery

    1.1 All delivered goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over.

    1.2 Delivery timescales are estimated. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Robusto Luggage shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

    1.3 Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered to you or are left with a person or place nominated by you. Our delivery driver may take a photograph of your address if you are not home to receive a delivery.

    1.4 We use a third-party courier company to deliver our products. If no one is available at your address to accept the delivery, the courier company will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery, we may cancel your order.

    1.5 Please note our Next Working Day Home Delivery service is not available on selected items. Details of exclusions can be found on each dedicated product page.

    Robusto Luggage cannot be held liable for any deliveries exceeding the estimates given here.

    Once your order has been dispatched , our deliver partner(s) can be contacted to rearrange the delivery for a time that suits you.

    If there is no answer, they will attempt to delivery 2 more times.

    Should our courier return packages to us as undelivered (and we have advised by email of a first/second attempt) a charge of £10.00 will apply, and if the item is still required after this we will charge £10.00 for item to be re-sent to you.

    We will only be able to re-send the package once you have agreed and paid the charge.

    This charge applies because in most circumstances we have been billed for the returned item.

  • Currently, we ship to locations in the United Kingdom & Ireland via DHL our delivery partner.

    For international shipping to other locations feel free to reach out to us at cs@robustoluggage.com and we can assist you with a shipping quote.

  • You'll be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse.

  • If you select Next Business Day delivery at the checkout and order before 1PM, deliveries will be made within the next business day.

    All Standard Deliveries will arrive within 2-3 business days.

    Keep a close eye on your email for delivery notifications. Our delivery partner will send you a notification one day before the delivery is due to take place.

    To receive delivery and tracking notifications we recommend entering your mobile phone number when checking out.

    They will also give you a time slot of when the item will be delivered. You can contact them to change it if the allocated time is not suitable for you.

  • We believe you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item or you would like an exchange please see our full terms and conditions for Exchanges & Returns.

    Should you wish to exchange your product, we will take care of the shipping and handling for you.

  • We have so much confidence our luggage products that all of them are backed by a 5-year manufacturer's warranty.

    This warranty provides reassurance that should any fault or defect become apparent during the warranty period we will endeavour to repair, provide new parts, or replace your luggage.

  • We highly recommend you check your luggage carefully for any damage when retrieving it from the carousel.

    Claims need to be registered before leaving the airport at the airline customer service desk.

    Details will be requested from you such as:

    - Passenger name and date of flight

    - Your Flight number

    - Your Ticket number

    - Details of damage with a picture

    Ensure you receive an acknowledgement receipt.

    If you purchased one of our suitcases that comes with Warranty plus, you'll be happy to know you are covered against airline and transit damage(excluding cosmetic damage) for twelve months. Please reach out to us at cs@robustoluggage.com

    If your suitcase was purchased without warranty plus, or your free protection against airline and transit damages has elapsed, we recommend you immediately make a claim with the airline or the third party at the airport or station where you retrieved your luggage.

  • Our suitcases are Robust, but nothing lasts forever.

    With this in mind, you can order small parts (wheels,handles etc) directly from us.

    Our Spare Parts selection allows you to replace small components to keep your favourite suitcase performing year after year, generation after generation.

    In the unlike event you need to replace a part , we’ll need your order number or the model’s name and description of the part.

    It can also be helpful to send us an image of the part.

    We’ll check to see if the spare part is available and our Self-Serve spare part(s) will be shipped to you free of charge with 5 working days.

    Should you require assistance fitting the part, we offer telephone support, or you can visit our Spare Parts page and follow the instructions.
